To achieve this, we have developed a hygiene concept in accordance with our high quality standards and the official regulations, so that you can enjoy your stay with us in a relaxed manner.

Employees


All our employees wear mouth & nose protection masks in public areas.

They are obliged to disinfect their hands or wash them thoroughly at regular intervals.

Despite wearing a mouth & nose protection, a safety distance of at least 1.5 m is also maintained.

Disinfection stations at many different places in the hotel - you are welcome to use them at any time

Hotel Rooms


Each hotel room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after the departure of a guest, and - if possible - only rented out again after 72 hours.

This applies in particular to all surfaces such as door handles, window handles, fittings and the entire sanitary area.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU FOR:

If you have had contact with people with Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days and also had contact with people with unspecific general and respiratory symptoms, regardless of their severity, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit to us until a later date due to governmental orders and to contain Covid-19. Should symptoms develop during your stay in the restaurant, we would politely ask you to leave the restaurant accordingly after paying the bill.

We offer you the possibility of contactless payment and we would be pleased if you use this

Please keep a safe distance and wear mouth & nose protection in public areas. This will protect yourself and other persons.

Sitting together without keeping the minimum distance of 1.5m is only permitted for persons to whom the general contact restriction does not apply due to their relationship to each other (e.g. persons of a household).

Our employees are required to keep the distance of 1.5m and avoid direct contact (e.g. shaking hands). Please do not take this as a sign of unfriendliness, but see it as an appreciation of your health.

We will do our best to continue to provide you with the usual personal service, although in the near future with the legally prescribed distance as well as our respective requirements.
