The Soller family and their team attach great importance to fresh and regional products. We obtain lettuce, vegetables, eggs and much more from direct producers in the nearby area.
Our homemade granola, jams and many other refined treats for our guests are freshly produced by our kitchen team.
The bees from our garden in the courtyard provide us with honey, and the oven-fresh bread and buns are crafted from a local bakery.
You can order coffee specialties, as well as freshly prepared egg dishes and pancakes from our service team.
