As an owner-managed hotel, we are there to take care of all your needs. We value authenticity and credibility and are open to your request. As our guest, you are our main focus. We carry out any change requests ourselves without any issues. In contrast to standardised hotel chains, the individual character and soul of our hotel can be felt everywhere.
Regional.
Organic is more than just a slogan to us. We only source our products and food from suppliers we know and trust. We place great importance on offering our guests the highest quality, at the same time as supporting small producers and direct sellers with whom we have close links.
Sustainable.
We place great importance on sustainability: whether it's the room furnishings, the beds, down duvets and pillow menu, the bathroom facilities, the power concept, the restaurant facilities, the meeting room equipment - we pay attention to high quality with a long service life to preserve our precious resources.
Biodiverse
We are particularly proud of our honeybees: the three bee colonies not only supply their own honey, they are our contribution to the preservation of the species in the region. With the native plants and trees in our garden, we create a habitat for wild bees, birds and a few native wild animal species, such as the hare.
Self-sufficient.
In order to live up to our aspiration of freshness, we already have our own herb garden and berry bushes. In future, we'll also be growing our own vegetables in the field next to the hotel, (currently, courgettes, tomatoes, cucumbers and pumpkins): the principle of ``Farm to Table`` completes our sustainable concept. It will take another season, but we have many ideas and are in a dynamic process to give you the best of what our earth has to offer.
Energy source
Thanks to physical water treatment, all the drinking water in the hotel is highly energised and has the quality of natural mountain spring water. Nutritious and delicious.
